NCP secretariat decides to submit chairmen's reports in SC meet   

The secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) held this afternoon decided to take the separate political documents in the party's Standing Committee (SC) meeting submitted by two chairmen meant for troubleshooting the intraparty disputes.     Both the proposals would be submitted to the party's SC meeting to be held at 1:00 pm on December 6 as decided by today's secretariat meeting held in the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.   

Elderly dies of Covid-19 in Siraha  

An elderly person from Siraha died of Covid-19 last night. The 75-year-old man from Mirchaiya Municipality-1 died while receiving treatment at Nobel Hospital, Biratnagar.

E-payment of revenue on the rise  

Kathmandu metropolitan city has collected 432.6 million rupees in revenue through online payment. The e-payment system began from September 17.    

HIV infected on the rise

The number of people infected with HIV/AIDS has been found to be increasing in Kanchanpur. People returning from various parts of India after work are reportedly coming back with the virus.    

School shut down with increased infection 

Schools in two local levels in the district have been shut down again, owing to the rising threat of spread of Corona Virus. Schools in Dasarath Chand municipality and Dilashaini rural municipality have been closed.
