Monsoon to be active from Saturday

Monsoon would be more active from Saturday. Issuing a bulletin today, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said that light to moderate rain has been forecast at most of the places of the country as there was a possibility of the development of the monsoon low-pressure system near the Tarai region of Nepal from Saturday to Monday as well as the moisture-laden wind from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea.    

NAC to send wide-body plane to China from July 21 to pick up anti-COVID-19 vaccines

The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is sending its wide-body aircraft to China regularly from July 21 to bring Vero Cell vaccines. According to NAC Operation Department Chief Deepraj Juharchan, the supplies of the anti-COVID-19 vaccines from China would kick off from July 21.
