Bridge over Karnali river ready after nine years   

Construction of a concrete bridge over the Karnali river at Naraharinath Rural Municipality-1 in Kalikot district linking Hilsa in Humla district has been completed after nine years.      The bridge was supposed to be completed within one year after construction agreements in 2067 BS. 67 percent population in Karnali in dark without electricity  

Sixty seven percent population of Karnali Province (approximately 1.3 million populations) is forced to live in the dark without electricity, according to the Division of Water Resources and Energy Development under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development of the Province.    

12 injured in bus accident in Dhanusha

The bus caught on fire after it skidded off and burned down to ashes, said police inspector Subedi. Police suspected that the fire erupted after the oil tank of the bus exploded.

The first phase of the census wherein household and family listing took place has been already completed.
