Kathmandu, Feb 19: CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has stressed shared efforts in fulfilling national aspirations towards attaining the country's prosperity and people's pursuit of happiness.
In a message today on the occasion of the 72nd Democracy Day, he said the party's campaign of 'prosperous Nepal and happy Nepali' should be taken ahead with support from all sides.
He recalled the efforts placed by the erstwhile government in deepening and consolidating democracy with economic and social justice.
On the same occasion, Chair Oli extended tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the democratic movement of Nepal. The former prime minister also recalled the day as a historical day when civil rights were established.
