President Bhandari administering oath to new ministers at Sheetal Niwas

Kathmandu, Nov. 21: President Bidya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed ministers amidst a special ceremony organised at the Sheetal Niwas on Thursday
President Bhandari administered the oath to six cabinet ministers as per the Constitution.
Hridayesh Tripathi, Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Ghana Shyam Bhusal, Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Lekhraj Bhatta, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supply and Rameshwor Ray Yadav, Minister for Labour, Employment and Social security took the oath of office and secrecy with President Bhandari.
Similarly, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Basanta Kumar Nembang and Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens Parbat Gurung also took the oath.
President Bhandari appointed six cabinet ministers and three state ministers at the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Wednesday.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Oli administered the oath of office and secrecy to the three state ministers.
State Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Moti Lal Dugad, State Minister for Health and Population Nawaraj Rawat and State Minister for Urban Development Rambir Manandhar took the oath with the Prime Minister.
Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, chairman of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Ministers and other high ranking government officials were present in the ceremony.
After taking oath of office and secrecy, the newly appointed ministers and state ministers assumed their offices in Singha Durbar also on Thursday.
