By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 29: Some high hills around the Capital city of Kathmandu received snowfall following a change in the weather characterized by rainfall in the valley and in most parts of the country since last night.
Many youths reached the Phulchoki and Changragiri hilltops to play with the first snow of this season.
