Tribute has been paid to youth leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), late Prakash Dahal, today, on the second Memorial Day.
Dahal passed away on November 19, 2017. At a programme organised at the residence of NCP Chairman, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' at Khumaltar to pay tribute to late Dahal, Chair Dahal garland the photo of his son, late Dahal.
Present on the occasion were NCP leaders-- Janardan Sharma, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supply, Matrika Prasad Yadav and Minister for Water Resources, Bina Magar, among others.
