Ilam, Nov 30: State 1 chief minister Sherdhan Rai has said the three-tier government has reached the people's doorsteps.
During the inaugural ceremony of the 'Tourism Festival' organised at Suryodaya municipality amidst a programme here today, the chief minister said the three-level governments formed as per the people's aspiration had made its close presence among the people to make sure its performance in the interest of the nation and people.
Terming the state as the tourism potential site, he said the state government was confident of meeting the target of tourist arrivals during the Visit Nepal Year- 2020, the national tourism campaign.
As he said all Nepali have right to follow and promote one's culture and religion and the festival is a welcome to the Visit Year.
