Butwal, Oct 8: State 5 Chief Minister, Shankar Pokhrel, has in his message of best wishes on the occasion described Bada Dashain as the festival of family love, brotherhood and goodwill.
He stated that every cultural festival celebrated by the Nepali society have played a big role in fostering goodwill, brotherhood and conciliation.
Chief Minister Pokhrel underscored the need of celebrating Dashain in a decent way without making t extravagant to preserve its uniqueness as a festival promoting unity and thereby contributing the strengthening the national sovereignty and indestructibility.
In his best wishes message, he urged all Nepalis to be united for the institutional development of the federal democratic republic.
