Kathmandu, Oct 20: The Calendar Determination Committee has announced the auspicious time for Bhai Tika at 11:55 am on October 29.
Committee's Chairman Prof Dr Ramchandra Gautam informed that 11:55 am would be the most auspicious time for offering and receiving the Bhai Tika that falls on October 29.
The Tihar, festival of colour, light and flower, which is known as Yamapanchak, is being celebrated from October 25 to October 29 this year.
