Janakpurdham, May 30 : The CTEVT building in Sapahi of Dhanusa is being converted into an isolation centre to treat Corova Virus infected persons after the State hospital ran out of space. More than 30 patients are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Accordingly, the Nepal Army has been given the responsibility to set up a 100-bed isolation room at the CTEVT building. This was decided by the Friday meeting of the District Crisis Management Committee.
The work has already begun and we are preparing to take patients there by tonight, said assistant Chief District Officer of Dhanusa Sharad Kumar Pokharel.
The CTEVT building in Sapahi of ward no. 3 of Laxminiya rural municipality will have at least 100 isolation beds, Pokharel said.
