Personality Development is a tool through which you draw out your capacities and qualities in making yourself aware of your internal identity and become more certain to confront the world. The character of an individual forms its primary stage when in childhood.
Character is something crucial in the existence of an individual that decides their way of life. Personality, in general, means a combination of qualities and presence of a person that contains the model of thought, feelings, conduct, communication capacity, and physical appearance.

Self Esteem, Confidence
Every individual has their way of expressing their characteristics, reacting to things, and looking at the world. Two or more individuals (in terms of their personality) may be similar but never the same.
No two persons experience the same thing, at the same place (or environment) and at the exact time, which plays a crucial role in their character throughout their life. Even a slight difference in each personal experience will affect their personality exponentially.
Through personality development, one can gain confidence and high self-esteem. This competitive world needs someone who can influence and inspire people around them; personality development can help sharpen these traits.
Personality Development has a positive impact: on an individual inner self, ethics, appearance, and attitude.

People can develop their personality and face the world through some everyday tips.
Smile on most occasions: Always smile when interacting with others to lighten the atmosphere; only be serious when the situation requires it.

Think positively: Never give up on pressuring situations and keep calm, calculate the problem, and find the solution. Thinking negatively greatly demotivates an individual or even the people around them.
Dress suitably on various occasions: Appearance creates first impressions on people. Wearing proper clothes on correct occasions is the key; wearing the wrong clothes at various events may have the opposite effect.
Be polite: Do not find problems with others. Fighting and violence lead to looking unappealing to others. Avoid being rude and be polite.

Hide your ego: An individual needs to hide their ego when facing others, being flexible to the ideas or advice of others.
Avoid negative characteristics: Learn to appreciate people. Avoid spreading rumors and hide bitter truths about others.

Help people: Help those who are having difficulties in their life. But avoid helping everyone; some may appreciate it though they may lose the chance to learn from it.
Always be confident: Always be clear-headed and calm doing whatever at that moment. Have fun doing challenges and inspire others what you do best.
Listening Patiently: Be a patient listener and refrain from speaking until the speaker has finished (a poor attitude towards the speaker). After listening, give feedback, questions, or problems to the speaker to interact with them, proving that you were listening correctly.

Disorders
Personality disorders refer to abnormalities in the behavior of individuals. Any form of disability in an individual hinders him from doing specific tasks. Personality disorders lead to abnormality or disturbance in an individual’s personality.

Personality disorders are conditions where an individual fails to behave in the desired manner, thought process, and mindset are not in line with society’s norms and expectations.
Personality disorders can arise due to genetic factors (hereditary factors), environmental problems, cultural issues, and more. Individuals with a troubled childhood are more prone to personality disorders. Individuals with a history of physical abuse often show signs of personality disorders.

An individual can show signs of personality disorders from childhood which might become critical as he grows. Signs and symptoms of personality disorders vary from individual to individual.
In conclusion, you pick what you sow; always think positively, be in the company of positive people, and do work where people will be proud of you. Developing a good personality will help connect with people, which will be valuable in life.
