Janakpurdham, Apr 10: The state-2 government has decided to provide relief amount of Rs 5 million to the victim families of those losing lives in course of fulfilling their duties during the fight against COVID-19.
A meeting of Council of Ministers held today took the decision to provide the relief amount to victim families of those—civil servants, private sector health workers, ambulance drivers and assistant workers deputed in the rescue and treatment of coronavirus infected people as well as in its prevention and control, said Spokesperson and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Gyanendra Kumar Yadav.
Similarly, the meeting also decided that the state government would pay four-month interests of loan taken by farmers from banks, financial institutions.
Likewise, the state government would provide additional relief to farmers involved in milk, fruits, vegetables, fisheries and poultry production.
