Influx of people at Basantapur to celebrate Holi (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu, March 17: After two years, Basantapur of Kathmandu has witnessed an influx of people on the occasion of Holi on Thursday. 

Due to COVID restriction, there were no mass celebrations of Holi in 2020 and 2021.
