With six fatalities, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll hits 459

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 25: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Friday confirmed six COVID-19 related deaths.

Six persons, three females and males each, succumbed to the novel coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, revealed the MoHP in its daily update.

A 60-year-old female and a 55-year-old male of Morang, a 70-year-old male of Saptari, a 51-year-old male of Lalitpur, a 75-year-old female of Kathmandu and a 70-year-old female of Kapilvastu, who were infected with the novel coronavirus, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.

With this, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has reached 459 and the death rate is at 0.65 per cent.
