CPN (Maoist Centre)'s CC meeting on Feb 20  

Kathmandu, Feb 15: The CPN (Maoist Centre) has called its central committee meeting for February 20.    

The meeting has been called to discuss the contemporary political issues, the nomination of office-bearers, as well as members at the standing committee, politburo and central committee.    

Secretary at the CPN (Maoist) Central Office, Shree Ram Dhakal, said that the meeting has been scheduled for February 20 and 21.    

Although the CPN (Maoist Centre) held its eighth general convention in December 2021 it has not nominated the party's other office-bearers except the party chair.    

An agenda has been set to hold a discussion on the country's contemporary political topics, local-level election and other issues in the meeting, it is said.
