Govt. formed talk-team holds talks with Biplav-led party

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 3: The first phase meeting between Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav'-led Communist party of Nepal and a two-member talk team formed by the government has concluded today.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's Foreign Affairs advisor Rajan Bhattarai, who is a member of the talk-team informed about the meeting via his official twitter account.
