Holi Festival Begins, Chir erected in Basantapur (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu, March 10: With the erection of Chir at Basantapur today the Holi festival has been formally started.

A wooden pole 'Chir' has been installed at the Hanumandhoka Palace premises at 7:27 AM Thursday morning.
