Devotees put lamps on body to mark Mohani, Bijaya Dashami (photo feature)

By TRN Online, Bhaktapur, Oct. 15: Devotees of Brahmayani goddess here have lighted rows of clay lamps in the temple premises on the auspicious occasion of Bijaya Dashami (Mohani).

People thronged the temple since early morning on Friday to worship the Astamatrika (eight mothers).

Unique practice of the devotees of Brahmayani here is that after the worship they put the clay lamps on their body.
