Pensioners no need to appear in bank

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 2: The Financial Comptroller General Office has removed the provision of appearing in the bank for the pension till the end of Ashad citing the spreading of COVID-19.  

There was a compulsion for pensioners to appear in the bank after every six months.

Spoke person at Financial Comptroller General Office Gyanendra Poudel said that pension can be taken directly from their own account.
