COVID-19 recovery crosses 200,000 mark

With the additional 3,043 people recovering from the coronavirus on Monday, Nepal’s official national COVID-19 recovery tally has now jumped to 202,067, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
With this, Nepal has now crossed the 200,000 mark of the total people recovered from the virus in over the past 10 months since the first case of the virus was reported in the country.
Nepal’s recovery rate now stands at 90.9 per cent, according to the latest MoHP situation report.
