Gamblers arrested from hotel in Capital

Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, arrested 25 gamblers along with cash Rs. 1.1 million from a gambling den set up inside a hotel in Kathmandu on Tuesday night. Acting upon a special tip off, the police raided Hotel Phewa Darshan run by Pitambar Gautam in Bahati Pokhari in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16. He is also among the arrested. They seized the cash amount alongside 300 book cards and 250 coins used for playing the cards.
